Heather Alflen, LVT
(Licensed Veterinary Technician)
Hi, my name is Heather and I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician. I graduated from Baker College of Flint in June of 2004 with an associates degree in Applied Science. In July 2005 I moved to Howell from Garden City to live on my little farm that I call home. I currently house three horses, a Saddlebred named Stet, an Arabian named Dancer and a mini named Peanut. The farm also has two dogs – an English Mastiff named Lilly and a Great Dane called Oscar. My final pets consist of three cats (Tiger, TJ and Prince William), and a rabbit. The final resident at our farm is my Husband Joe, whom I have been married to since September 9, 2006. In my spare time, my hobbies are riding my horses, caring for my pets and shopping.

Jenelle Stauff
(Technical Assistant / Receptionist)
Jenelle Stauff graduated in 2002 from Michigan State University with a BS in Animal Science. She had spent some time on the road with the Kern Road doctors and was very excited at the opportunity to join the team. She originally joined the KRVC team in 2002 and stayed until early 2005. After a short recess from the veterinary field she decided she just could not stay away!
Jenelle and her new husband Chad were married in Hawaii on September 22, 2007. Free time is spent with her daughter Jordyn and son Ayden. The furry members of their family include Buddy, a Shih Tzu mix, and cats Cleo and Moo Moo. After encouragement from Amy & Dr. Vaupel, Jenelle began running in May and enjoys it very much. She also enjoys fishing with her husband and spending time watching Jordyn grow.
